View the history of the carousel at the New England Carousel Museum. Or, head back to the heady days of the 1930s, and take in the amazing Art Deco architecture of the Warner Theater. If you collected trains as a child, view the real ones at the Danbury Railway Museum. Really keep track of time at the Timex Museum, and see how these watches have evolved throughout the ages.
Take a ride on the wild side—or just a horse—at Lee’s Riding Stable. Stroll through the historic Bulls Bridge that crosses over the Housatonic River. People still use this bridge to cross over to New York State. Stand on one of three observation decks, and take in Kent Falls in Kent State Park. Or, simply fish from the shoreline, or take in some people watching. If you taste for activities leans more towards sipping some fermented grapes, head to one of the many wineries in the area.
